I think the only thing you need to z rank are the elder kai missions for potential unleashed. Advancement Tests actually. The only mentors that don't appear on the map as soon as they are available are Broly, Dodoria and hercule. Dodoria is flying the near the namekian area (near the other Frieza crew trainers) and will attack you before becoming a mentor. Broly is flying above the pq area, towards the time nest and will also attack you.
